All of our equipment meets strict BS safety standards. We supply method statements, risk assessments and our insurance documents on all corporate events. Our staff are H+S trained in the right areas and understands the importance of H+S.
We strictly follow the rules that if you have the very best equipment in the trade to hire out you have to have the staff to deliver the finished product. We do not use agency staff that are there just for your event and off to another job. All of our staff are passionate about keeping our standards and reputation on the highest level and work to the very highest standards.

The Christmas of 2008 saw us putting up even more of our larger marquees for our corporate clients. One request was to seat 1200 people for one major PLC's Christmas party in the coldest week of that year. It was -6'C outside yet everyone inside enjoyed a great evening in warm surroundings due to our incredibly reliable heating system.
It is our personal service and attention to detail that has won us recent marquee contracts for the BBC for its summer party in Wood Lane London and the reason Honda chose us for its worldwide press launch for the new Civic. In 2008 we have also been working closely with John Lewis providing them with long term storage marquees.

Remember Bridget Jones in that bunny outfit? Well maybe Bridget's costume for the "fancy dress party" meant you didn't notice the marquee which was supplied by Simon C Florey & Son for Pinewood Studios. Like all of our marquees, it was laid out to specific instructions with every detail exactly as the client required. We insist on our marquee and lighting technicians being on site throughout your event so you don't have to worry about a thing.
Long term hire Case study
Some of our marquees stay up for very long periods of time for temporary storage use or for multiple functions through busy times. One of our many customers satisfied with this service is the world wide hotel group Marriott. At one of their most prestigeous hotels they required a marquee that meets a host of specific needs. We therefore provided them with a marquee that addresses the following:
- It seats a maximum of 700 people
- It is scalable to suit smaller occasions using internal divides
- It is suitable for both private and corporate events, from weddings through to seminars, conferences and parties
- As it's erected for eight months of the year, we provide double glazed windows, a raised laser leveled floor, solid panels for security, an attached catering tent, both heating and air conditioning and purpose-built internal toilets.
We can offer solid abs or insulated panals on our marquees and snow loading structures for 12 months of the year hire contracts for our temporary stoage marquees.
We offer our clients a 24/7 call-out service and schedule in regular maintenance and service appointments throughout the usage period.
